Services, Booking and Payment

ShieldPro provides professional mobile PPF installation, including paint protection film, clear bra, and ceramic coating services at your preferred location.

  • Service availability is subject to location and scheduling.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles deemed unfit for installation (e.g., damaged paint, rust, or poor surface condition).

  • All bookings must be confirmed through our website or customer service team.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

Warranty & Liability

  • ShieldPro offers a limited warranty on PPF installation covering peeling, bubbling, and discoloration caused by defects in installation.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

  • ShieldPro is not liable for any pre-existing paint defects or damage that occurs after installation.

Customer Responsibilities and Refunds

  • Customers must provide a suitable workspace for mobile installation (e.g., garage, covered area, or shade).

  • Vehicles must be clean prior to installation; excessive dirt or debris may require additional cleaning fees.

  • Customers must follow aftercare instructions provided to ensure optimal film performance.

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share data with:

  • Payment processors for secure transactions

  • Third-party service providers who assist in scheduling and logistics

  • Law enforcement, if required by law
